Ingredients:

  • 1-12.3 oz pkg. Mori Nu silken tofu (soft or firm)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp miso, mild yellow or white
  • 1/4 tsp. date syrup (or other sweetener)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food process and mix until smooth. Will keep up to 5 days in the refrigerator
