Ingredients:
- 1-12.3 oz pkg. Mori Nu silken tofu (soft or firm)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp miso, mild yellow or white
- 1/4 tsp. date syrup (or other sweetener)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender or food process and mix until smooth. Will keep up to 5 days in the refrigerator
