Not exactly Hidden Valley, but close enough and healthy to boot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk (or other plant milk)
  • 1/2 cup cashews, raw
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp dill weed, dried
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (omit if SOS free)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash pepper, black

Instructions:

  1. Blend all together in a high speed blender. If you don't have a high speed blender, like a Vitamix, you will want to soak the cashews in water for one hour before hand, then pour off water before blending.
