Fast, Simple No Oil Marinara
Yield: makes approx. 4 cups

Ingredients:
- 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1-14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp mushroom powder (optional)*
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1 tsp date sugar (or other sugar)
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- salt to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a 2 quart or larger pan, over medium to medium high heat, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 6 minutes, stirring every so often.
- Enjoy on spaghetti or other pasta. Can also be used as a pizza sauce.
Notes:
*I make my own mushroom powder by grinding dehydrated mushrooms.
